Replacing Paddy McGuinness

Scary Spice Mel B is to be a new team captain on the comedy panel show Celebrity Juice when it returns to ITV2 this autumn.

The singer is to replace Paddy McGuinness, who cannot take part this series – the 22nd – due to other work.

Holly Willoughby, who has been with the show since the start, save for one series when she was on maternity leave, returns as the other team captain with Keith Lemon remaining as host

Mel B – who has previously been a contestant on the show – said: ‘I am so happy that I’m going to be part of the Celebrity Juice family and thrilled to be a captain. My mission is to give Keith a run for his money. Watch out. Things are going to get even more crazy.’
