CATASTROPHE: The fourth - and almost certainly final - series of Sharon Horgan and Rob Delaney’s hilariously honest comedy comes to an end. This episode also pays tribute to Carrie Fisher, with this episode revolving around some tragic news about her character, Rob’s mum Mia. Horgan has said: 'It’s the last episode we’re ever going to do, and I can tell you that it’s a little bit of a tribute to Carrie Fisher. It’s emotional. 'Channel 4, 10pm

SMALL SCENES: A welcome return for the award-winning sketch series starring Daniel Rigby, Mike Wozniak, Cariad Lloyd, Henry Paker and Freya Parker. Scenes in this run include the first ever Crufts For Cats and the terrifying ordeal of trying to cancel your membership of The National Trust. What could be a more Radio 4 scenario than that? Radio 4, 6.30pm

RICK AND MORTY: E4 starts its new tie-up with Adult Swim, the alternative comedy strand from America’s Cartoon Network by screening the insane animation Rick and Morty right from the first 2013 episode. Missing for nearly 20 years, drunken scientist Rick arrives on his daughter Beth's doorstep, converts the garage into his laboratory and involves his easily influenced grandson Morty in his bizarre misadventures as they split their time between family life at home and inter-dimensional travels. Two episodes are followed at 11.05pm by another cult Adult Swim hit, Robot Chicken, with their take on The Walking Dead. E4, 10.35pm

GREEN WING: The bonkers Channel 4 hospital comedy gets another outing on Gold, starting from the very beginning, with Tamsin Greig, Stephen Mangan, Michelle Gomez and Julian Rhind-Tutt running amok in East Hampton Hospital. Gold, midnight

8 OUT OF CATS DOES COUNTDOWN: Sean Lock and Joe Wilkinson take on Jon Richardson and Harriet Kemsley, with James Veitch in Dictionary Corner. Channel 4, 9pm
