Zoe Lyons joins MasterChef
Zoe Lyons has been announced as part of the line-up for this year’s Celebrity MasterChef.
The comedian is one of 20 stars who will be presenting their creations to judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace over the six-week run this summer
As well as their solo efforts, the programme includes a new ‘pairs challenge’ which also tests the celebrities communication skills.
Contestants will also be cooking in top-class restaurant kitchens and catering for huge numbers, as well as trying to impress critics and past winners
BBC commissioning editor Carla-Maria Lawson praised the ‘wonderfully diverse line-up of celebrities’.
Executive producer David Ambler, added: ‘e’re really excited to have so many great names takes part in this year’s Celebrity Master Chef. BBC One Viewers are in for a treat - as well as plenty of laughs and the odd disaster, there’s also some really ambitious and tasty food.’
