Sally Phillips pilots new panel show
Sally Phillips and Jayde Adams are piloting a new panel show in which guests draw up new rules of behaviour.
Called simply The Rules, the programme will take its cues from recent news events. Each guest will suggest an edict that they believe society should embrace.
Phillips will host the show with Adams as her rule-making sidekick.
Producers say: ‘With Brexit on the horizon, Trump in the White House and Danny Dyer related to royalty, the rules of life have been shredded, set on fire and trodden on. This show aims to re-write some new ones.’
The tester episode is to be recorded on Thursday May 24 at RADA Studios, off Tottenham Court Road, Central London – a venue frequently used for recording Radio 4 comedies.
Free tickets are available here.
• Free tickets have also just been released for the London heats of the BBC New Comedy Award, which will be recorded at Up The Creek in Greenwich on June 18, 19 and 26. Click here to apply.
