Ricky Gervais announces his first SuperNature gigs

But warns the works in progress will be a 'shambles'

Ricky Gervais has announced his first ever 'work in progress' shows for his next stand-up special SuperNature.

But he has warned that the gigs will be ‘a fucking shambles’.

He will be at the Pleasance Theatre in Islington on  May 3, and the Arts Depot on May 10 and 14.

Tickets go on sale next Friday at 10am, and are expected to sell out instantly.

Gervais posted on Twitter: ‘Don’t travel from other countries for this event. It will be a fucking shambles.’

Netflix has already bought the rights to the show, before a word of it has been spoken on stage, following the success of his last tour, Humanity.

The comic said he secured the highest fee ever paid for a UK stand-up special for Humanity – although the figure was never disclosed – and the new deal is said to be worth the same.
