Sunday April 8

LEICESTER:: Two of the stars of extreme MTV prank show Dirty Sanchez are hitting the road with five live dates this week. Mathew Pritchard and Lee Dainton will be reminiscing about the show with clips, outtakes and audience Q&A, kicking off at the O2 Academy in Leicester. The shows mark 15 years since they formed their practical joke collective with Michael Locke (aka Pancho) and Dan Joyce. Here are all their dates.

BATH: The city's comedy festival continues for a final week. Tonight's picks are Elf Lyon's peculiar Edinburgh Comedy Award-nominated take on the ballet, Swan, at the Rondo Theatre, or Milo McCabe's matinee idol of an alter ego, Troy Hawke, at the Brew House.

Monday April 9

LONDON: Josh Widdicombe heads a line-up of circuit favourites raising money for the Honeypot Children's Charity at the Comedy Store tonight. Also on the bill are Dane Baptiste, Lloyd Griffith, Pat Cahill, Patrick Monahan, Sally-Anne Hayward, Shazia Mirza and Steve Gribbin.

Tuesday April 10

MANCHESTER: Guerrilla chef and absurd prop comic George Egg joins mischief-making Tim Renkow at the multi-Chortle-award-winning XS Malarkey at the Bread Shed tonight. Egg's also on tour with his own show DIY Chef (Dates)

LONDON: Mark Thomas's latest story, Showtime From The Frontline, tells of his efforts to set up a comedy club in a refugee camp in Palestine, and his struggles celebrating freedom of speech in a place with so little freedom. This show features Faisal Abu Alhayjaa and Alaa Shehada, two performers from the Jenin camp who helped establish the club. The 14 performances at the Theatre Royal Stratford East, which kick off tonight, are his only London dates.

LONDON: The Bill Murray in Islington hosts another overstuffed bill of oddball comedy experimenters, including Jordan Brookes, Joz Norris, Thom Tuck and John-Luke Roberts, as the Alternative Comedy Memorial Society returns.

Wednesday April 11

LONDON: David Reed hosts another of his spoof interview series Inside The Comedian at the Bill Murray, tonight probing the entirely fictional careers of  Bridget Christie and Pappy's funster Tom Parry.

Thursday April 12

CREWE: Count Arthur Strong is going it alone for his latest tour, delving into his personal box of video cassettes and talking the audience through the highlights of his 'glittering' TV career. The tour which kicks off at the Lyceum Theatre tonight runs right through to the end of June. Dates and tickets.

Friday April 13

HEREFORD: The Courtyard hosts a strong triple bill featuring the vanguard of young(ish) comedians: the fast-paced absurdity of of Adam Hess, convoluted punster Glenn Moore, and the charming Jack Barry.
