The week's comedy on demand

This week's comedy on demand.

Long Night At  Blackstone

Co-written and directed by Greg Hemphill from Still Game, this one-off horror comedy which screened on BBC One in Scotland earlier this week parodied the Most Haunted style of ghost-hunting shows. The team of long-in-the-tooth presenter Faye Bowers (Lorraine McIntosh), over-the-top 'psychic' Pat Tomorrow (John Gordon Sinclair), and cautious cameraman Charlie (Lewis Howden) descend on a haunted manor, where they are joined by a surprise comedy star. To maintain the surprise, we don't reveal who it is. Watch here.

Limmy

And speaking of one-offs shown only north of the border, Limmy returned to Scottish screens with a collection of sketches initially intended for his online fans only. Skits include a tour of Glasgow, Limmy getting into an argument with himself and techno nursery rhymes. Watch here.

Don't You Know Who I Am?

This is a weekly quiz show hosted by Australian comic Josh Earl in which the contestants try to learn about each other. New episodes are being recorded at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, including this week's 99th installment which featured Tony Martin, Fiona O'Loughlin, Zoe Coombs-Marr and Carl Donnelly. Listen here.

Seth Rogen's Hilarity for Charity

Talk about star-studded. This benefit gig, recorded a couple of weeks ago at the Hollywood Palladium, includes James Corden, Tiffany Haddish, Kumail Nanjiani, Sarah Silverman, Nick Kroll, Sacha Baron Cohen, Michelle Wolf, John Mulaney, Jeff Goldblum, Michael Che, The Muppets and more. The event has run for the past six years, and this is the first time it's been broadcast, courtesy of Netflix. Subscribers can watch here.
