Angry news reporter hits the road

Spoof news reporter Jonathan Pie has announced a 2018 tour.

The angry newsman – the alter-ego of actor Tom Walker – is known for his rants online, with his response to the election of Donald Trump garenering more than 120 million views.

He has announced 29 dates for February and March next year of his new show, Back To The Studio, which he wrote with comedian Andrew Doyle.

Pie’s debut live show last year began at the 70 seater Leicester Square Theatre studio space and went on to play the Edinburgh Fringe and a national tour including shows at the Shepherds Bush Empire and one at the London Palladium.

Many tickets have gone on sale today, with the rest available from tomorrow.
