Added to Netflix this month was this classic stand-up show from 2007, in which the hugely acclaimed (but only 41st best) comic ponders the meaning of popularity, with reference to the likes of Russell Brand and Del Boy. It was taped in front of an audience at The Stand in Glasgow. Review of the DVD version

The Golden Boy

Tom Stourton, the Totally Tom comic and Horrible Histories team member, joins Tom Davis, of Murder in Successville fame, for this quirky, and nicely shot short film about a couple of Irish fellas on a caravan park.

Lone Wolves

This a new animated comedy that follows two feral teenage boys being brought up by their single dad, a Hell’s Angel type who doesn't want them to repeat his mistakes but is secretly proud when they rebel. The badly-drawn animation was created by The Spin Kick Bros (aka Tom Gran and Martin Woolley) and produced by Wildseed Studios. Here's episode one:
