Lucas lands role in musical comedy

Matt Lucas has reportedly landed a role in musical comedy series Glee.

According to the Sun, the Little Britain star will play a ‘muddled’ teacher with a secret love for musicals.

He is also being lined up to perform a solo song.

Lucas is currently working on a new airport-based BBC series, provisionally titled Come Fly With Me, with David Walliams and will be appearing in a special performance of Les Miserables at London's O2 arena later this year.
