Peter's back for Christmas

Serafinowicz special commissioned

The Peter Serafinowicz Show is to return for a Christmas special.

Two versions of the show will be made for BBC Two – a traditional 30-minute show, plus a 40-minute version for a repeat slot.

The commission, from Objective Productions, comes despite disappointing ratings when the original six-part series aired last October. Viewing figures rose above a million, although Serafinowicz was named best entertainer at the annual Rose d'Or Television Awards.

The show was originally commissioned following a series of short films Serafinowicz and his brother James made for YouTube.
