What a bunch of jokers!
The celebrities share nominations with more traditional comics such as Russell Brand, Jimmy Carr, Flight Of The Conchords and The Mighty Boosh in the annual Lafta comedy awards handed out by Loaded magazine.
With the emphasis on headline-grabbers as much as successful comedy performers, the list of nominees also includes Jeremy Clarkson, Noel Edmonds, Boris Johnson, Calum Best, Chris Moyles and Fern Britton
The awards, now in their sixth year, will be handed out at The Cuckoo Club in London on October 2 after readers of Loaded have voted for the winners.
Magazine editor Martin Daubney said: ‘The nominations for this year's Laftas prove what a stellar year it’s been for comedy. From established faces such as Russell Brand to new TV gems such as Gavin and Stacey, us Brits really do love a good laugh.’
