Kim gets into Joanna's Skin
America remakes another UK sitcom
Sex And The City star Kim Cattrall is to star in a US remake of the Joanna Lumley sitcom Sensitive Skin.Cattrall will also be executive producer of the new HBO show, which will move the action from London to New York.
Advance publicity for the comedy describes her character as ‘a middle-aged wife and mother who rediscovers her sexuality, and begins to question her place in the world.
In the BBC Two original, which ran for two series in 2005 and 2007, Lumley played a posh ex-model now working at an art gallery.
