Skinner's former fiancee hits back

Frank Skinner's ex has hit back over his comments that all single women over 30 are "rough as old arseholes".

Although she is only 24, radio presenter Caroline Feraday was furious at her former fiances comments.

And she's vented her anger in the tabloids.

She told the Mirror: "What would have happened if I'd hung around for another six years? I suppose I'd have been thrown on to the scrapheap.

"It was a truly horrible thing for Frank to say. But, sadly, I can't say I'm surprised."

She also took issue with the 44-year-old's assertion that very bright women do not exist, saying: "Frank's problem is that he just can't handle intelligent women."

"A lot of comics get excused from being nice because they are funny. But I think Frank ought to try to be a nicer person."
