London's only weekly gay comedy night has spawned a second venue.
Soho's Comedy Camp has proved so successful in its first few months that promoter and compere Simon Happily is now organising a new fortnightly gig in Greenwich.
The new venue is smaller than the first, and will offer open spots to newer comics
Happily, pictured, said: "This will give newer comedians a chance to perform in front of a predominantly gay audience - which they don't normally get to do.
"We'll also give most of these spots to newer lesbian and gay comedians although the ability to make the crowd laugh is more important than who you sleep with."
Carry on Comedy Camp: Greenwich launches on November 7.
