Ride the Danny train
Daniel Kitson is to perform a short run of his Perrier-nominated show Love, Innocence And The Word Cock in a London theatre.
The show was a sell-out at the fringe, and although it was his first solo Edinburgh performance, bypassed the best newcomer category of comedy's hottest prize to be nominated for the top accolade itself.
Kitson has become a comedy circuit favourite- even causing comedy veteran Barry Cryer to comment "I felt sick" with laughter - but his hour-long show is less confrontational and more confessional than his usual routine.
The week-long run is at the Soho Theatre from Monday October 15. Tickets, priced £8, are available from the venue box office on (020) 7478 0100.
