Armando Iannucci's new comedy

Here’s the trailer for the new comedy series The Franchise, created by Armando Iannucci, director Sam Mendes, and Succession producer Jon Brown

The series follows the crew of an unloved franchise movie fighting to get their next superhero blockbuster made.

Three episodes will be available on Sky and Now on October 21, with new episodes released weekly. 

The series stars Himesh Patel as Daniel, Aya Cash as Anita, Jessica Hynes as Steph, Billy Magnussen as Adam and Lolly Adefope as Dag. Recurring guest stars include Richard E. Grant and Daniel Brühl.
