New animated BBC comedy set in Ebbw Vale

Here’s the trailer for new BBC Three animated comedy The Golden Cobra.

The series – which  premieres on BBC One Wales and BBC Three on  August 16 – revolves around  delivery driver Nick and the Abassi family, proprietors of the worst catering establishment in Ebbw Vale.

 Created by Adam Llewellyn, James Prygodzicz and Thomas Rees, the eight ten-minute episodes promise ’gritty and surreal humour not for the faint-hearted’.
