The Penthouse belonged to his father Nigel, and the comic used it while delivering a eulogy at his dad’s funeral, which happened on his 93rd birthday.

One year on and Ince goes through his dad’s vast collection of books in The Origins of a Bibliomaniac, a documentary made as part of his Bibliomanic series on the Cosmic Shambles network, from which this clip comes.
