Here’s Argh!, a short comedy film about an inventive idea to get worldly frustrations out of your system…

It has been directed by Toryn Westcott and written by James Bugg, a former BBC comedy staff writer whose credits include Dead Ringers and Horrible Histories.

He said: ‘The film is about existential dread and a novel new wellness craze that promises to cure it - and it’s had some great success in festivals around Europe over the past year.’
