Geraldine Hickey on getting sober

At the Melbourne International Comedy Festival

Here's Geraldine Hickey talking about her arthritis – and how she's gone sober because of the drugs to treat it.


She was performing at the Opening Night Comedy Allstars Supershow of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, recorded at the Palais Theatre last month and which aired on the ABC this weekend.

The comic's new show, Don't Tease Me About My Gloves, is at the Arts Centre for the rest of the festival.
