A junior  minister thinks he's come up with a new economic policy that might dismantle capitalism, in this new sketch from Joz Norris.

But under examination from his colleague - played by fellow comic Helen Diff – he has to concede that it might not work quite as well as they hope.

The five-minute film has been directed by Mark Sevilla and also features Matthew Cooper.
