Their first stand-up special coming to Netflix this month

Here's the trailer for Mae Martin's first hour-long Netflix comedy special, Sap.

The show features subjects as diverse as going to rehab as a teenager, the gender spectrum in Beauty And The Beast as the comic talks about the battle between the desire to be our best selves versus the urge to gleefully give in to our more base instincts. 

The special was filmed last December at the Vogue Theater in Vancouver, Canada, and is directed by Abbi Jacobson.

It will be released on March 28 on the streaming platform, which already hosts Martin's comedy series Feel Good.

And here's an interview with Martin talking about their appearance on Taskmaster, which starts on Channel 4 two days later.
