Weekend Update with Michael Che and Colin Jost

Colin Jost and Michael Che talk about the Oscars, Chinese misinformation and TikTok fears, and bans on drag shows on last night's Saturday Night Live.

They also joked about the Duchess of Sussex in their Weekend Update slot, with Che saying: 'It was reported that the organissers of King Charles’ coronation have officially invited Meghan Markle – and this is nice, at a starting salary of $19', showing her in a chambermaid's outfit.

The segment started with images of Donald Trump and Florida governor Ron DeSantis and Jost saying: 'Bitter rivals who have been desperately pandering for votes and trying to force their politics on America will finally face off in person. I’m of course talking about tomorrow’s Oscars.'
