Chris O’Dowd's new Apple TV+ comedy

Here's the first trailer for Big Door Prize, the new Apple TV+  comedy starring Chris O’Dowd.
 
Based on M.O. Walsh’s novel of the same name, the ten-part series tells the story of a small town that is forever changed when a mysterious machine appears in the general store, promising to reveal each resident’s true life potential. 

O’Dowd plays Dusty Hubbard, a seemingly content, cheerful family man and high school teacher who is forced to question whether he is truly as happy as he once thought. 

The series, created by Emmy Award-winner David West Read, also stars Gabrielle Dennis as his wife, Cass.

Big Door Prize will have its premiere later this month at the SXSW festival in Texas. The firs three episodes will drop on Apple TV+ on Wednesday, March 29, followed by one new episode weekly until May 17/
