New video in their bid to get to No2

Comedy punk group The Kunts have issued a video of Prince Andrew's notorious Newsnight interview... but with leader singer Kunt taking the place of Emily Maitlis.

And in the video - exclusive to Chortle – he has to do little more that repeat the Duke's excuses to underline how ridiculous they all.

It is all part of the campaign to get their new single, Prince Andrew Is A Sweaty Nonce, to No2 in the charts for the jubilee weekend - figuring that the track would never be allowed to take the top position in the same way the Sex Pistols' God Save The Queen was denied the No1 at the silver jubillee.

They have released several mixes of the single to maximise sales, with streaming plays also counting towards the position. Full details of how you can help are here.

The Kunts also assembled a group of people at Pizza Express in Woking – which Andrew claimed as an alibi – to sing the opening lines of the song:

Here's the official video which – as Chortle revealed last week – was pulled from YouTube along with the rest of Kunt's channel just as the chart campaign was gearing up.
