Passenger taped to seat after attacking flight attendants

Now the air steward speaks out... or does he?

A flight attendant has spoken out out after an unruly passenger was gaffer-taped to their seat to avoid further disruption.

The 22-year-old was restrained on a Fontier Airlines flight from Philadelphia to  Miami last weekend.

Fellow passengers caught the incident on video, which went viral.

While the incident actually happened, flight attendant Alfredo Rivera's account is fake, despite what many on social media think.

'This is utterly fantastic. We need more people like Alfredo in the world,' tweeted Piers Morgan, though it's unclear if the TV loudmouth realised it was a spoof.
