Staged 1592

David Tennant and Michael Sheen do Staged for Comic Relief

Seems like Zoom’s been around a lot longer than you might think…

David Tennant and Michael Sheen have recorded a special edition of their video-call comedy Staged, but set in the plague of 1592.

The pair play William Shakespeare and Christopher Marlowe as they discuss what they could do to help charity, whether it’s selling autographed pages from their pages or writing a limerick.

The sketch was for Comic Relief and aired during the Red Nose Day telethon on BBC One tonight. Donate online here.
