According to Saturday Night Live

Donald Trump phoned into Saturday Night Live last night – during the first edition of the show to come from the homes of its cast.

Alec Baldwin reprised his role down the line as he joined Michael Che and Colin Jost for the Weekend Update section.

And in the guise of the President, he discussed how his ratings were through the roof, during the pandemic, the experts he's been consulting and how he had to tone down the ethnic slurs.

However there is also some very irritating forced laughter in the clip:
