Channel 4's property experts together at last

Channel 4 property expert Kirstie Allsopp has teamed up with Jamie Demetriou's alter-ego Stath to provide her top lettings tips.

The promotional clip, which features David Elms as the tenant, has been released to mark the last episode of series 1 of Stath Lets Flats, which airs tonight at 10pm.

In tonight's episode Vasos is turning 70 and a party is planned for the end of the working day. Stath is desperate for his dad to hand the business to him, but when Carole demands a head to head interview for the position, Stath is out of his depth.
