Tim Renkow on Comedy Central

Tim Renkow has revealed how not to talk to disabled people in the latest Comedy Central short.

He says chief among the phrases that get his goat are 'You're so brave', to which he's developed the 'thoughtful response': 'Go fuck yourself.'

And he recalls one especially awkward exchange with a patronising woman who blurted out an embarrassingly obvious comment in a lift.

As the title of the series suggests, What I Wish I'd Said allows comedians to relive moments from their past but with hindsight allowing them to come back with the perfect response. And Renkow has thought of several options...
