SNL celebrates St Patrick's Day

With Bill Hader as a creepy Liam Neeson

Saturday Night Live planned to mark St Patrick's Day with a dark and weird sketch last night.

But the scene, featuring Bill Hader as a creepy Liam Neeson and Beck Bennett as an oddball called Steven, was cut for time.

However SNL producers did release the sketch on its YouTube video:

The NBC show also featured a spoof Irish dating gameshow, which did make it to air with some dubious accents and stereotypes:
