The Simpsons on Puerto Rico
The Simpsons seems to be doing more to help hurricane-hit Puerto Rico than President Trump.
The first episode of the 29th season last month closed with an appeal for help, with a flag of the nation and Marge holding a sign saying 'unido' — or 'united'.
The caption also showed viewers where they could send money to help.
It prompted a response from San Juan mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz – who has been outspoken in trying to get help from Washington since Hurricane Maria hit. She
She tweeted a photo with herself, and a poster of the image from The Simpsons, saying: 'To @TheSimpsons thank you for keeping Puerto Rico in your hearts. Big Fan. Love that you always say what you mean no matter the consequences.'

Now producers have made another animation, with Cruz's words bring a tear to the eye of cold-hearted barkeeper Moe.
He then gets Barney to settle his bar tab, which he vows to send to the people of Puerto Rico – then urges viewers to contribute too:
