Trailer released for Battle Of The Sexes
With Steve Carell, Emma Stone and Sarah Silverman
A trailer has been released for Battle Of The Sexes, the film about the famous 1973 clash between tennis greats Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs.
Steve Carell plays ex-men’s-champ and ‘serial hustler’ Riggs who challenged women’s world No. 1 King, played by Emma Stone, to the match – and prompted a media circus.
The movie also stars Sarah Silverman, Andrea Riseborough, Elisabeth Shue, Bill Pullman and Alan Cumming.
It was today announced that Battle Of The Sexes will be released in cinemas in the UK and Ireland on October 20.
