This cheery, confident Northumbrian is a definite crowd-pleaser, even though he's not that far into his comedy career.

Dodds revels in playful, politically incorrect comments about Daved Blunkett, Simon Weston and the like, winning friends with his energy and spirit as much as the actual gag. But win friends he most certainly does.
