George Egg – Original Review
Note: This review is from 2000
Inventive, and sometimes sick, cabaret act unafraid of taking risks. The sight gags are pretty much a hit-and-miss affair, but those that are spot-on more than compensate for those that fail to hit the target. This is essentially a novelty act, which will make a welcome change in any traditional evening of stand-up, but how it goes down depends more on the audience's mood that the comic's performance.
