Daisy May Cooper's son No3 arrives early
This Country star Daisy May Cooper has given birth to her third son, who arrived prematurely.
A video posted to Instagram shows the comedian taken in a wheelchair to see her baby Benji, who was born on Thursday and is in a specialist neonatal intensive care unit.
Cooper, 37, called staff at Gloucester's delivery suite ‘superstars’ over the delivery.
She wrote on social media: ‘What a bloody week… You came a bit earlier than we expected and gave me the worst post op constipation that i nearly had to phone the samaratins but my god you are perfect.
‘I cannot thank @deliverysuitegrh enough. The way you looked after us through such a scary time was above and beyond. you are all bloody superstars. I am so blessed
‘Welcome to the world little Benji, ya nutter.’
Cooper has appeared in Taskmaster, is a team captain on Never Mind The Buzzcocks and stars in her own BBC sitcom Am I Being Unreasonable?

She has two other children with her ex-husband Will Weston: Pip, born in 2018 and Michael, born in 2010, named in honour of her late friend and This Country co-star Michael Sleggs who died in 2019.
