Spaced house on the market again
The house from Spaced has been put up for sale again – with a sizeable price cut.
With nine bedrooms, the property in Tufnell Park, North London, has gone on the market for £3.5million, £500,000 less than the asking price when it was first listed in April.
But the buyers would still need considerably deeper resources than struggling comic-book artist Tim Bisley and writer Daisy Steiner could draw upon when they moved there in 1999.
Four years ago years ago, the two-bedroom garden flat within the building was advertised to let at £2,000 a month, considerably more than the £90 a week Simon Pegg and Jessica Hynes's characters were paying.
In total, the 4,400 sq ft,Victorian Grade II listed building also has three bathrooms and four reception rooms.
Stand-up Bec Hill spotted that the house was back up for sale via estate agents Dexters.
