Golden Girls become action figures
Eight-inch dolls available next year
It has been more than 25 years since their sitcom ended, but now Golden Girls Dorothy, Blanche, Rose, and Sophia are to be turned into action figures.
The eight-inch dolls were unveiled at the San Diego Comic-Con this week.
They will be available in early 2019, at $114.99 (£87.50) for the collection
The company also unveiled a doll of Jim Carrey as Ace Ventura, pet detective:
A previous range of Golden Girls action figures were unveiled by the Funko company at the New York Comic Con in 2016, but the limited edition is so rare that only one set is available on Amazon – for $980 (£750).
