A man at a beer festival in Derbyshire attracted suspicion when he demanded 'I want that one' while mimicking Matt Lucas's Andy character from Little Britain.

And when asked to prove his age, he pulled out a driver's licence with the name 'Andy Scouser'. Under address, it said: 'Yeah I know I live in a house' and where the signature should go was the phrase: 'I don't like it' in handwriting font.

Derbyshire police said: 'It appears Andy has changed a lot in appearance since his Little Britain days and aged very well. Door staff recognise every trick in the book. No beer for Andy last night.'

The scam was revealed more widely when an image of the card was posted on social media by a local police safer neighbourhood team:
