'I'll rectify this...'
When Kevin Bridges saw that his autobiography was being sold at half the price of John Bishop's, he knew he had to 'rectify' the situation.
A Cancer Research charity shop in the West End of Glasgow yesterday tweeted the two memoirs, with Bridges's priced at £5 and Bishop's at £10 – because the donated copy of the Liverpudlian comic's book was signed.
The store tweeted on Sunday: 'Gotta have a bit of comedy in your life! These fantastic donations of #Kevinbridges and #Johnbishop have just come in… Only one is signed though... hint hint Kev.'

Minutes later, 31-year-old Bridges replied: 'Haha. I'll pop down tomorrow and rectify this.'

True to his word, he dd just that, and the shop yesterday posted a copy of the flysheet with his signature and the message: 'Well done for supporting a great cause.'
