Recreating classic poses
Katherine Ryan has become a model for TK Maxx.
The comic has recreated some classic poses as part of a new ‘Brags of Style’ campaign for the discount retailer.
Each shot represents one of the top five moments of ‘historic bragging’ as shoehorned into the marketing campaign, and features clothes from the store.
They are: Marilyn Monroe’s famous skirt-billowing scene from the Seven Year Itch, Usain Bolt’s ‘lightning bolt’ winner’s pose, the moment Sandy reveals her new look in Grease, a classic Freddie Mercury pose and Neil Armstrong’s first moon landing.
