Capital Xtra Comedy Club returns
Second fundraiser for hip-hop radio station
Capital Xtra has announced the return of its charity comedy night.
Taskmaster and Gogglebox star Babatunde Aléshé will headline the show, which takes place on March 6 at the Hippodrome in Central London, with Andrew Mensah hosting.
Also on the bill are Slim, Josephine Lacey, Mike Rice, and Diesel, with all proceeds going to Make Some Noise, the charity backed by Capital Xtra’s owner, Global.
Matt Deverson, managing editor of the radio station, said: ‘While we’re the home of hip hop & RnB, we’re continuing to make waves in the UK comedy scene – this night is not to be missed!’
Tickets for the second Capital Xtra Comedy Club are available now, priced between £30 and £35.
