Thousands on offer to people in Edinburgh and the Lothians, Fife and Falkirk

The Gilded Balloon has launched a scheme offering thousands of discounted Edinburgh Fringe tickets to city residents

Under the Postcode Pals  initiative, more than 130 shows – including established names such as Jack Docherty, Michelle Brasier, and Late’n’Live – will offer £6 tickets for residents across Edinburgh and the Lothians, Fife and Falkirk.

The £6 tickets are available to buy using credit cards registered to addresses from EH, KY and FK postcodes.

They are on sale from now via the Gilded Balloon website only until July 30, for shows from July 31 to  August 4. You need to log in and  use PALS24 at checkout to unlock the discount. Oher terms and conditions apply.

The Gilded Balloon  is without its main Teviot headquarters this year as it undergoes a refurbishment, with operations instead centred on the Patter House in Chambers Street.

Thanks for reading. If you find Chortle’s coverage of the comedy scene useful or interesting, please consider supporting us with a monthly or one-off ko-fi donation.
Any money you contribute will directly fund more reviews, interviews and features – the sort of in-depth coverage that is increasingly difficult to fund from ever-squeezed advertising income, but which we think the UK’s vibrant comedy scene deserves.
