Nottingham’s Glee Club on the move

However, it has has promised to return later in the year in a new – as yet undisclosed – location.
The club’s home in the canalside British Waterways Building is to be converted into 95 flats. The Glee was the only remaining business in the building, which was set up as a leisure hub in 1996.
A Facebook post from the club read: ‘We’re moving! After 12 years, our Nottingham venue is moving locations.
"Our last show in the British Waterways Building will be Tim Key on Wed 15th March 2023. We're so sad to be leaving the place we've called home for so long, but very excited to open in a brand new venue later this year!’
The Glee chain also operates venues in Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow and Oxford,
