Righteous Gemstones gets a third series
The Righteous Gemstones has been renewed for a third season just as the second comes to an end.
The show, about a family of televangelists, airs on HBO in the US, where the season two finale will air tomorrow.
The nine-episode season begins on Sky Comedy in Britain at 10pm next Thursday, February 3.
HBO executive Amy Gravitt said: ‘After a season of literal fire and brimstone, blood, sand, and rollerblading, who wouldn't come back for more?’
The Righteous Gemstones was created, written by Eastbound & Down’s Danny McBride, who co-stars with John Goodman, Edi Patterson and Adam Devine.
