Nigel Ng extends UK tour
...and announces dates around the world
Nigel Ng has announced more dates for his latest show, The Haiyaa World Tour.
The creator of the hit social media persona Uncle Roger has announced 11 more UK dates, as well as shows in Europe, North America, Australia and Asia.
He said: ‘I’m really excited to take this character on the road, and also for fans of Uncle Roger to see me do stand-up as myself. I've been doing stand-up for 10 years now so to be able to tour internationally is a dream come true.’
This announcement comes as Nigel is finishing a UK tour at Leicester Square Theatre in London this weekend.
After his further British dates in February and March, he has nine more dates in North America. In June he plays five nights in Australia before hitting Asia, with nights in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hong Kong,Tokyo and Taipei.
And in the autumn he returns to Europe with shows in Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Amsterdam and Paris
Ng has amassed more than 345 million views on YouTube as well as 1.2 million Instagram followers. Live, he was nominated for the best newcomer award at the Edinburgh Fringe and his TV credits include Comedy Central’s Stand Up Central and Roast Battle, BBC Two's Mock The Week and ITV’s Jonathan Ross Comedy Club.
