Play That Goes Wrong sets its reopening

Back in the West End this summer

The Play That Goes Wrong has announced that it will return to London’s Duchess Theatre from June 18.

The Olivier Award-winning comedy is currently booking at the West End theatre - where it has been running for   seven years through to January 30, 2022.

In a statement announcing the return, producers Kenny Wax and Stage Presence said: ’The shortest emotional distance between two people is a laugh. So, we’re delighted to have the chance to bring people together again. It’s going to be very emotional. In a good way.’

According to Boris Johnson’s roadmap out of lockdown, all Covid social distancing restrictions could be lifted on June 21, three days after the show reopens, unless infection rates are too high.
