More Lingo for Adil Ray

ITV orders 60 more episodes

Citizen Khan creator Adil Ray is to make a second series of his ITV game show, Lingo.

The broadcaster has commissioned 60 more hour-long episodes of the word game from makers Objective Media Group Entertainment.

In its first full week on air in January, Lingo averaged 1.9 million viewers and more than 20 per cent share of the 3pm audience.

The show has been  airing for almost three decades in France and the Netherland, and has   notched up more than 500 episodes in the US.
