To mark mental health awareness day

Comedians are to talk about their mental health in a new series of the Conversations Against Living Miserably podcast.

Five new episodes will be released on Saturday – which is mental health awareness day – by broadcaster Dave and the charity Calm.

The new episodes will feature stand-ups Kiri Pritchard-McLean Jessica Fostekew, Jen Brister and Brett Goldstein and YouTuber Riyadh Khalaf.

Comedian Lauren Pattinson, pictured,  will host the series with writer Aaron Gillies, best known by his  Twitter handle TechnicallyRon.

Producers say the show will ‘touch on topics surrounding mental health and modern life which listeners can get helpful guidance and tips to apply to their own everyday lives’.

These are the first new episodes since three ‘self-isolation specials’ five months ago. All 37 previous  episodes of the show are available on Acast.
